In order to create new pieces of information and take advantage of the most up-to-date features, you and your trading partners will need to revise EDI maps. The cost varies based on the respective tools utilized. In most scenarios, there is a specific range attributed to the services. Also keep in mind that the complexity of the project greatly influences the cost. In the case of new version releases, cost may vary between $500 and $2500. For other instances, such as auto-mapping from inbound EDI data or version conversion routines, the potential cost will be less than the range stated above.
